Brittany Hoang
Brittany has worked in healthcare for over 16 years and in wound and ostomy care for over 10 years. She received her RN license in 2011, her Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse Certificate in 2016, her NP license in 2019 and her Advanced Practice – Wound and Ostomy Nurse Certificate in 2021 all from San Jose State University. She became certified in Hyperbaric Oxygen Supervision in 2022 from International ATMO. She has experience in acute care, wound clinic, vascular clinic and in long term care. She also has a medical aesthetics certificate and has been providing Botox and Chemical Peels to clients since 2023.
She has a passion for caring for patients with chronic wounds and enjoys being a part of a new ostomate’s recovery and adaptation to self care. With her vascular specialty experience, she focuses on limb salvage and wound prevention.
Brittany has previously volunteered as a Disaster Health Services Nurse for the American Red Cross.
Brittany was born, raised and still lives in the SF Bay Area. She can speak conversational Spanish, loves traveling, playing softball and dancing.

We provide wound care treatments in hospitals, surgical centers, rehabilitation facilities, long term acute care, skilled nursing facilities, and home health services. We provide wound care doctors at home, which allows convenience for homebound patients who need high quality service. PWS serves in the greater area of California, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.
