Joanna L. Vazquez
Joanna is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a master’s in nursing from United States University. She began her journey in healthcare as a certified nurse assistant working in a skilled nursing facility and became an LVN and later an RN. She has worked in home health and skilled nursing facilities that have allowed her to gain knowledge with a variety of wounds.
Professional Wound Specialists (PWS) provides high quality evidence based medical care to our patients. We provide wound care treatments in hospitals, surgical centers, rehabilitation facilities, long term acute care, skilled nursing facilities, and home health services. We provide wound care doctors at home, which allows convenience for homebound patients who need high quality service. PWS serves in the greater area of California, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.
