Matt Lovelace
Matt grew up on a small farm in Mapleton, Utah. He chose to stay in Utah while he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah Valley University and then moved to Salt Lake City, UT to earn a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah School of Medicine. Matt started working as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine and joined the Wound Care Specialist team in January 2019. Prior to joining the Wound Care Specialist team he also worked with patients in an inpatient behavioral health hospital as well as an inpatient drug rehabilitation center. Matt loves to be continually learning as a Physician Assistant. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Nikki and together they have three children. Matt is passionate about riding and racing mountain bikes on his time off and loves spending time with his family.
Professional Wound Specialists (PWS) provides high quality evidence based medical care to our patients. We provide wound care treatments in hospitals, surgical centers, rehabilitation facilities, long term acute care, skilled nursing facilities, and home health services. We provide wound care doctors at home, which allows convenience for homebound patients who need high quality service. PWS serves in the greater area of California, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.
