Ruth was born in Kenya and relocated to Minnesota, USA, in her teen years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lake Erie College.
Ruth professional journey has been marked by experiences in urgent care and geriatric medicine, where she has demonstrated unwavering commitment to providing high quality, empathetic care to her patients. Ruth has also found passion in wound care, where she takes joy in tending to her patients’ healing journeys.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Ruth finds fulfillment in traveling, cooking, baking, and spending time with her husband and son. In both her professional and personal pursuits, Ruth embodies a deep commitment to caring for others with compassion and dedication.

Professional Wound Specialists (PWS) provides high quality evidence based medical care to our patients. We provide wound care treatments in hospitals, surgical centers, rehabilitation facilities, long term acute care, skilled nursing facilities, and home health services. We provide wound care doctors at home, which allows convenience for homebound patients who need high quality service. PWS serves in the greater area of California, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.
