Sarah Park

Sarah is originally from Honolulu, Hawaii. She has a BA in Psychology from University of Hawaii. In 2005 she moved to Las Vegas and obtained a BS in Nursing from Nevada State College. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Masters in Nursing from United States University. Sarah is also a certified wound, ostomy, and continence nurse. She has been in the wound care field since 2011 and has served on multiple wound care committees.

Sarah loves to travel and live an active lifestyle. She has a brown belt in brazilian jiu jitsu and also practices judo and muay thai.

We provide wound care doctors at home, which allows convenience for homebound patients who need high quality service. PWS serves in the greater area of California, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.
