Joee was born and raised in Vietnam. Migrating to the U.S in 2000 has changed her life completely. She will never forget and appreciate the people that helped her become who she is today. Her passion is to take care of people around her, just like others taking care of her when she first steps foot on this land. She graduated from nursing in 2011 and completed her MSN, FNP-C degree in 2021. In the past years, she earned experience in various healthcare settings from the nursing home, home health to intensive care and emergency medicine. She recently extended her interest in wound care to grow her ability to help more people. Besides working as a nursing practitioner, she teaches critical care classes as an adjunct professor at West Coast University. With her medical skills, she volunteers in different organizations that provide various lines of care, including but not limited to homeless feeding, free community vaccine clinic, free community health day, to serve the vulnerable population in Orange County in her free time.
