Surrounded by a family of medical professionals, Krista’s early exposure inspired her to pursue a career in nursing. She dedicated several years as an ICU nurse, specializing in cardiovascular intensive care, where she honed her skills and compassion for patient care.
Driven by her passion for advancing nursing practice, Krista pursued higher education, obtaining her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Charles R. Drew University. Her dedication to patient well-being led her to specialize in infectious diseases, where she became an adept Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner, leveraging her expertise in antibacterial management.
Krista’s commitment to excellence and continuous learning led her to delve into the specialized field of wound care.
